We produce upto 1000 steering wheels per day and have over 50 designs which cover trucks, construction machines and tractors.
IN THE FIELD OF PUR WHEELS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND AGRI EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY, WE ARE AMONGST THE MARKET LEADERS.
We also have a distribution partner in England from where we service small OEMs with our business partner.
We have variable lines and produce wheels conforming to all international standard pertaining to such products.
HIGH DENSITY
FLOOR MATS
We are able to mould very large sized floor mats for
the tractor & construction equipment OEM’s
IN THE NEXT QUARTER, WE WILL BE THE FIRST TO LAUNCH FILLED GRADES OF VERY HIGH DENSITY MATS WITH DENSITIES UPTO 1500 GRAMS/LITRE.
- Density = > 1.5
- Hardness = 65-90 Shore A
- Tensile Strength (MPa) = > 2.5
- Elongation at Break( %) = 250-650
- 180 Degree Bending = No Break
Densities from 300-1500 grams/litre are made and parts
weighing over 10 kilos are realised.
Other than give a marked aesthetic improvement, it also
results in better sound management.

We have a range of polyurethane foams and composites using PETFELT which result in very good properties in sound management
APPLICATIONS
INCLUDE
- Sealing foams in the tractor industry
- Foams in Cab acoustic management both for
in-cabin and under the hood applications - TPU clad products for aggressive environments where
tear strength and water resistance is important.
Our new applications include composite INSITU moulding using thermoformed TPO/Aluminium foil/PET felt and other options.
We have just introduced NVH parts, which is one of the first such innovations, that combine good sound management with structural strength using SRIM-PUR Elastomers.

where the complete chair is produced in this
process.
- This process is used for making large sized components for
use in automotive and furniture applications. -
We are also making many bonnet beadings and frames for
Bus hatches using this technology.
- This sector is relatively under utilised in India and there is a huge potential.
- Low Tooling costs combined with easy paintability makes this an attractive process for many applications.
