COMPONENTS
PFEDA started vacuum formed components for the Auto Industry in 1997. Since then we have developed a wide range of interior and exterior parts like finishers, Mudguards, Dashboards, Trims, Roof Hatches etc.

We have a range of polyurethane foams and composites using PETFELT which result invery good properties in sound management
Our new applications include composite INSITU moulding using thermoformed TPO/Aluminium foil/PET felt and other options.

We produce upto 1000 steering wheels per day and have over 50 designs which cover trucks, construction machines and tractors.
We have variable lines and produce wheels conforming to all international standard pertaining to such products.

FLOOR MATS
We are able to mould very large sized floor mats for the tractor & construction equipment OEM’s
Densities from 300-1500 grams/litre are made and parts weighing over 10 kilos are realised.
Other than give a marked aesthetic improvement, it also results in better sound management.
