Pfeda Synthetics Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 1983 and started production in 1985.Pfeda has a strong customer base in the Automotive
field, mainly in the Truck and Earth moving segments, where it has remained a ‘Preferred Supplier’ with some of the best brands in the trade
on strength of its consistent performance and quality consciousness.

The company is also a Tier 1 Exporter with its parts being supplied to Europe and other countries of the world.

Over the last few years Pfeda has started manufacturing Vacform parts for automotive applications. There is a good opportunity for product
designers to use this process for low volume high quality parts at a fraction of investment cost as compared to injection moulding.

OUR HISTORY
BACKGROUND

The company was started by Mr Pradeep Das along with Mr Rolf Pfeiffer, Germany who was an OEM in the Auto industry in Wendlingen, Germany. Together they formed this company called Pfeda, which has the a combination of the surnames of Mr Pfeiffer and Mr Das.

Today the company is professionally managed with a dedicated management team and staff who ensure that innovation and customer support is an integral. Part of our ethos.

In 2005, we started another business in collaboration with a German group of companies who produce High precision Flowmeters and Pumps for the Polyurethane machines and also many other applications.

This company is supporting the Indian Polyurethane industry and machine manufacturers and many other industrial segments with sale and service support.

Our Latest business started by Pfeda is “ Otium Living “ We started moulding chairs using In-Situ process, which results in repeatable and highly comfortable chairs for Lounge and office applications.

In 3 years we have grown well and this new venture promises to continue our pursuit to enhance applications in the field of Polyurethane Moulding.

We have an integrated manufacturing facility covering most processes

for manufacturing comfort furniture.
